Commercial Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

To provide interim support during a leave coverage, the full-time Contract Commercial and IP Litigation Counsel will manage a diverse commercial litigation portfolio, partner with business stakeholders, and work closely with outside counsel in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial disputes involving customers, partners, and business integration matters
• Support commercial and intellectual property disputes, including active patent litigation matters
• Coordinate strategy and activities with outside counsel and cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation experience with a strong U.S. commercial litigation background
• Experience in both law firm and in-house legal departments, preferably in technology
• Proven ability to manage outside counsel and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent judgment and project management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
