Commercial Loan Officer
Job Summary
To support income property lending, the full-time Commercial Loan Officer will originate, structure, underwrite, and close commercial real estate loans while building and managing relationships with borrowers and brokers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial real estate investors, borrowers, and mortgage brokers
- Source new lending opportunities and analyze borrower financials to assess creditworthiness
- Manage the transaction process from initial screening through funding, ensuring timely execution
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending or related fields
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate finance and credit analysis

- Established network of commercial real estate borrowers and industry professionals preferred
