Job Summary

Leading the loan servicing function, the fully remote Commercial Loan Servicing Manager will oversee the team responsible for administering commercial loan accounts, ensuring accuracy in servicing transactions and reliable client service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Servicing team by managing performance, distributing workloads, and fostering professional growth
• Oversee commercial loan servicing operations to ensure accurate and timely account administration
• Maintain financial controls and operational risk management practices to protect client assets and ensure compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
• Five or more years of experience in commercial loan servicing, preferably within a financial institution or credit union
• Experience in leading, supervising, or developing employees, including managing team performance
• Strong understanding of commercial loan servicing activities, including payment processing and account maintenance
• Knowledge of financial controls, transaction authorization, and operational risk management practices
