Job Summary
Supporting Revenue Operations, the full-time Commercial Operations Analyst will ensure data integrity, assist with sales and customer success processes, and drive ongoing process improvement initiatives in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce and related commercial systems while maintaining account hierarchy
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, revenue reporting, and KPI tracking across teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to resolve operational issues and improve processes
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of commercial operations experience
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
