Commercial Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting client development directors, the full-time Commercial Operations Associate will manage sales activities, prepare documentation, and ensure project progress while working closely with Operations, Project Management, and Finance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and secure orders from existing and potential clients
• Prepare sales-related documents, including price quotes and service obligations
• Maintain project files and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the project process

Required qualifications

• Successful completion of college-level training in market research; a college degree is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and computer literacy
• 0-2 years of inside sales or customer service experience
• Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills
• Market research industry experience is a plus
