Commercial Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support the buildout and execution of commercial operations, the remote Commercial Operations Manager will manage launch readiness activities, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure operational excellence while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Support commercial operations leadership in executing launch readiness activities and project timelines
- Assist with coordination of commercial operations workstreams, including CRM support and data management
- Maintain commercial dashboards and performance trackers to provide visibility into key metrics and opportunities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or commercial operations
- Oncology and successful launch experience highly preferred
- Experience with CRM, reporting, and data management preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
