Commercial Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Providing operational and project coordination support, the full-time Commercial Operations Specialist will manage real-time consultant capacity, engagement scheduling, and commercial documentation for Vector3's Incident Response business in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor IR intake channels and maintain real-time visibility into consultant capacity and active engagements
• Coordinate engagement kick-offs, schedules, and follow-up actions while maintaining accurate engagement records
• Prepare and track Statements of Work (SOWs) and initiate client invoicing upon completion of engagements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum four-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, Finance, or a related discipline
• 2 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or a related function
• Project management certification (e.g., CAPM or PMP) preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience in CRM or project-management systems
• Experience supporting Statements of Work, contract workflows, or invoicing processes preferred
