Commercial Paralegal
Job Summary
Supporting the commercial and transactional work of the Mobility lines of business, the full-time remote Commercial Paralegal will prepare and manage a variety of commercial contracts, assist attorneys with legal documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare drafts of commercial contracts and amendments, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Review customer requested changes to contracts and collaborate with attorneys and stakeholders for approvals
- Manage legal matter workflow, including contract lifecycle management from intake to execution
Required qualifications
- Paralegal degree or certification from an accredited program, or bachelor's degree, or Juris Doctorate
- 5+ years of paralegal experience with commercial contracts and transactional matters
- Experience with legal technologies, including matter management and contract lifecycle management systems
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign
- Experience in the transportation or related industries is preferred but not required
