Job Summary
Seeking an experienced process excellence practitioner, the full-time Head of Commercial Process Excellence will identify and address commercial process gaps, design AI-powered workflows, and serve as an expert in practical AI applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify commercial process gaps and design best-in-class workflows grounded in Lean principles
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows to reduce manual effort in tasks such as proposal generation and documentation
- Lead organizational change for process transformation, focusing on alignment, resistance management, and adoption planning
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial operations, GTM operations, or process excellence
- Hands-on experience deploying AI tools in a commercial context
- Working knowledge of Lean methodologies applied in a non-manufacturing environment
- Experience building SOPs and standard work documentation at an organizational scale
- Strong facilitation and training skills for mixed-experience audiences
