Commercial Refrigeration Technician
Job Summary
Providing technical support for cold side foodservice equipment, the full-time Inside Service Technician will assist end users and field technicians over the phone and via email, while working remotely and managing over 30 cases per day.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating equipment information and troubleshooting solutions
- Utilize equipment manuals and wiring diagrams to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the company database to assist future inquiries
Required qualifications
- Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC, or relevant training/schooling
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- High-speed internet connection at home
- Familiarity with computer programs such as MS Word and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
