Commercial Senior Counsel
Job Summary
To support a growing commercial practice, the full-time remote Commercial Senior Counsel will manage contract negotiations with health plan partners, provide strategic legal guidance to the Commercial team, and optimize processes for contract execution and partnership development.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and negotiate revenue-generating agreements with payor partners
- Advise on strategic partnership issues and assist in navigating regulatory considerations
- Collaborate with the Network team to support contract negotiations and enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications:
- JD degree
- 7+ years of corporate work experience in transactional healthcare
- Experience in an in-house legal department or healthcare law firm
- Proven ability to manage multiple contract negotiations simultaneously
- Prior experience in an externally facing legal capacity
