Commercial Servicing Analyst
Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of non-performing commercial loans, the full-time Commercial Special Servicing Analyst will analyze collateral property information, review loan documents, and communicate with investors while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review loan accounting and prepare calculations for legal demands
- Serve as the main point of contact with external special servicers and administer their requests
- Support Commercial Primary Servicing representatives with borrower outreach and market analysis
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience with defaulted commercial loans
- Demonstrated understanding of commercial loan document provisions and covenants
- Familiarity with CRE income property operating documents such as rent rolls and income statements
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and loan servicing applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
