Commercial Solutions Banker

Job Summary

To deliver a seamless, high-touch digital banking experience for commercial clients, the remote Commercial Solutions Banker will manage client onboarding, assist with cash management and treasury services, and provide ongoing digital banking support while contributing to the bank's mission of fostering an inclusive and regenerative economy.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for new commercial clients during the account opening process, ensuring accurate and timely setup
• Assist clients with the setup and management of digital treasury services, providing training on digital platforms
• Deliver proactive support and relationship management to enhance client engagement and retention

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial or business banking, treasury management, or a similar client service role
• Strong understanding of commercial account structures and treasury service products
• Bilingual proficiency preferred
• Prior experience in a digital-first or remote banking environment preferred
• Proficiency in ACH and wire transfer processes, Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)
