Job Summary
To drive innovation in healthcare, the full-time remote Commercial Technologies Sr Specialist - AI & Automation will apply business data understanding to deliver automation and AI-based solutions, partner with stakeholders to enhance commercial operations, and champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver automation and AI-based solutions aligned with business outcomes
- Design and build agentic AI capabilities in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT
- Integrate AI automation with enterprise data platforms to enable data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of experience in an application or data role, or High school/GED and 11 years of experience
- 4 years of experience in commercial operations or data management with business domain understanding
- 4 years of programming experience in Python, Java, SQL, Shell, Go, or Rust
- 3 years of experience with cloud-native data services such as Azure, AWS, or Databricks
- 1 year of experience with LLM agentic AI systems, including multi-task orchestration
