Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Commercial Title Examiner, the full-time remote position will examine commercial and industrial property titles, research public records, and prepare accurate title commitments to support nationwide real estate transactions.

Required qualifications
- Prior experience as a Commercial Title Examiner
- Experience examining commercial and/or industrial property titles
- Knowledge of title insurance, title commitments, and real estate transactions
- Ability to interpret deeds, liens, easements, and legal descriptions
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
