Commercial Underwriting Assistant

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and self-motivated, the full-time Commercial Underwriting Assistant will manage large volumes of files for National Commercial transactions, serving as the primary point of contact for all parties involved while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle extensive National commercial transactions and serve as the point of contact for underwriters, clients, and third-party vendors
• Analyze and review Purchase/Sale Agreements to ensure compliance with terms and prepare closing statements
• Respond to and resolve client and third-party inquiries in a timely manner

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in title insurance and national commercial transactions
• Firm understanding of Title bills and Title policies
• Knowledge of SoftPro Select is a plus
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of accountability
