Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Commission Analyst will calculate, adjust, and process sales commissions for agents while ensuring accurate payments and maintaining commission records.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate and process sales commissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and audit the commission database and records to support compliance and audit requirements
- Research and resolve commission disputes, providing clear explanations of calculations to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent analytical experience
- Prior experience with sales compensation calculations and reporting
- Familiarity with compensation tools such as Varicent, Xactly, or SAP Callidus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
