Commission Analyst
Job Summary
To support the accurate calculation and administration of broker commissions, the full-time temporary Commission Analyst will review reports from multiple data systems, calculate and verify commission payments, and respond to broker inquiries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate and verify broker commissions, ensuring timely payments by the 10th working day of each month
- Review and reconcile discrepancies in data from multiple systems, including Evolve and Tapestry
- Respond to broker inquiries regarding commission calculations and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in broker commissions or similar commission-processing work
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage recurring, detail-oriented tasks
