Job Summary
Supporting project coordination remotely, the full-time Commissioning & Reliability Manager will manage third-party commissioning agents, oversee quality assurance metrics, and ensure adherence to commissioning standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with third-party commissioning agents and assist in the development and implementation of project-specific commissioning plans
- Manage the master Commissioning Issue Log, categorizing issues and driving root cause analysis for critical and high issues
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation and verification of MEP systems and communicate project status to management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in commissioning, reliability, or mission-critical facilities delivery
- Experience with Level 4 functional testing and Level 5 Integrated Systems Testing
- Knowledge of mission-critical electrical/mechanical systems and controls
- Familiarity with commissioning management platforms and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
