Job Summary
Supporting third-party Commissioning Agents, the full-time remote Commissioning & Reliability Manager will manage project-specific commissioning plans, conduct quality assurance analysis, and oversee risk mitigation while ensuring adherence to reliability standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with third-party commissioning agents and assist in the review of deliverables and testing
- Manage the master Commissioning Issue Log and drive root cause analysis for critical issues
- Train third-party personnel on quality and commissioning programs while identifying opportunities for process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in commissioning, reliability, or mission-critical facilities delivery
- Experience with Level 4 functional testing and Level 5 Integrated Systems Testing
- Knowledge of mission-critical electrical/mechanical systems and commissioning management platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel and SharePoint
