Commissioning Project Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a Commissioning Project Manager, this full-time position offers a flexible work environment, allowing for remote or hybrid arrangements, and focuses on managing commissioning projects, including design reviews and system performance testing, to support sustainability initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze building designs for compliance with codes and standards, including LEED and Title 24
- Develop commissioning schedules, plans, and checklists for installation verification and functional performance testing
- Establish and maintain effective client relationships while managing project budgets and schedules
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in the building engineering field
- Experience performing Building Commissioning and troubleshooting Building MEP Systems
- CEM, CxA/CBCP, PMP, or PE Licensure is a plus
- Experience executing functional performance testing for large/complex systems
