Commissioning Specialist
Job Summary
Planning and executing the commissioning of protection systems for hydro generators and associated equipment, the full-time Commissioning Specialist will conduct parameterization, testing, and validation of digital relays and IEDs while working onsite in Foz do Igua u/PR.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the commissioning of protection systems for hydro generators
- Perform testing and validation of digital relays and IEDs through secondary current and voltage injection
- Analyze event records and oscillographs to ensure system integrity
Required qualifications:
- Technical or higher education in Electrotechnics, Electronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering
- Previous experience in commissioning protection systems in hydroelectric plants
- Technical knowledge of digital relays, IEDs, and secondary injection equipment
- Intermediate English proficiency; basic Spanish is a plus
- Availability to work onsite in Foz do Igua u/PR
