Commissions Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Commissions Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage commissions and sales incentive programs while enhancing efficiency through process automation and standardization.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain documentation of commissions processes and formalize compensation policies
- Coordinate cross-functional payments with Implementation, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams
- Provide monthly reports to employees and management regarding compensation and address related inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes preferred
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Experience with managing a team
