Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will manage the administration, calculation, and analysis of sales commission programs, ensuring accurate and timely payouts while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and HR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as administrator and business owner of CaptivateIQ, managing plan configuration and user access
• Calculate, validate, and process commission payouts accurately and on time, resolving discrepancies proactively
• Translate commission plan terms into accurate calculations and maintain supporting documentation and version control

Required qualifications

• Advanced spreadsheet skills and working knowledge of SQL
• Strong understanding of incentive compensation mechanics
• Experience with commission administration and data reconciliation
• Ability to communicate complex payout questions clearly to various stakeholders
• Proven track record of ownership and sound judgment in financial roles
