Commissions Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing fintech company, the full-time remote Commissions Systems Analyst will calculate compensation payouts, design and manage commission plans, and conduct analyses to improve sales efficiency and accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive compensation plans and improve sales efficiency
- Administer all aspects of assigned commission plans, including building and updating plans
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis of revenue team performance and commission plan effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales or incentive compensation plan management or sales analysis
- Data-driven approach to quota analysis and performance assessment
- Expertise in spreadsheets, logic, and data manipulation
- Strong understanding of data structures between systems
- Experience with Salesforce or commissions software like CaptivateIQ is a plus
