Job Summary
To support the Broadband Access Business, the contract Commodity Manager will manage supplier relationships, define sourcing strategies, and participate in the New Product Introduction cycle, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and improve global supplier relations focused on Quality, Cost, and Innovation
- Define and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities and negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Participate in NPI project teams to ensure supply chain decisions align with sourcing strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanics/Electronics Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic material and supplier sourcing, preferably in Telecommunications/Broadband
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-changing environments
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in software commodities preferred
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
