Commodity Sourcing Leader

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Commodity Sourcing Leader will manage sourcing strategies, oversee supplier management and contract life cycles, and contribute to the overall business strategy to achieve cost productivity and operational goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies in collaboration with global commodity leaders to meet financial objectives
• Lead supplier selection, qualification, and management while overseeing the entire contract life cycle
• Collaborate with engineering and sourcing teams to optimize cost reduction initiatives and ensure quality fulfillment

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills
• Experience in negotiating contracts and implementing sourcing strategies
• Project management and process improvement experience
