Communication Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic Communication Consultant, the full-time position based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana will support public relations, outreach, and strategic communication initiatives while creating compelling content across various mediums.

Key responsibilities:

• Support client engagements related to strategic communication, public relations, and stakeholder engagement
• Identify client needs and develop comprehensive communication deliverables, plans, and campaigns
• Create external communications including press releases, marketing collateral, and social media content

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mass communication, public relations, English, journalism, or a related field
• One to three years of relevant experience in communication, marketing, or public relations
• Demonstrated skills in content development and copy editing, with knowledge of AP style guidelines
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Access
• Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus
