Job Summary
To support Care Center communications initiatives, the full-time Communications Associate will lead the design and execution of communication campaigns, oversee project communications, and manage editorial processes for newsletters and email campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of communication campaigns for Care Center stakeholders
- Oversee national clinician and Care Center project communications workstreams
- Administer and optimize the marketing communications platform, ensuring data accuracy and monitoring campaign metrics
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience developing communications strategies from planning through execution
- Strong project management capabilities, including managing competing priorities and timelines
- Experience with comprehensive email marketing tools such as Pardot or HubSpot
