Job Summary
Managing division-wide communication channels, the remote W2 Contract Communications Content Specialist will develop and execute communications initiatives, create engaging materials for events, and lead project management efforts to enhance workforce engagement across diverse employee populations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management of communication channels and distributions for the division
- Develop communications materials for events and news, ensuring effective employee engagement
- Lead project management for divisional content, including stakeholder management and maintaining the editorial calendar
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in communications
- Expertise in both internal and external communications, including digital channels
- Experience with graphic design/editing software and SharePoint preferred
