Communications & Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a variety of internal and executive communications needs, the remote Manager, Communications & Engagement will manage executive messaging, partner with senior leaders, and oversee internal event communications in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft and deliver internal messaging for executive communications and organizational changes
• Collaborate with HR and other functions to create employee-facing communications and support internal events
• Manage multiple communications projects, ensuring clarity and alignment with company branding

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in communications, with a focus on customer marketing or reputation management
• Proven ability to develop and execute communications strategies for senior executives
• Familiarity with internal communications tools and project management skills
• Strong writing and editing skills, adaptable to various audiences and formats
