Communications Manager

Job Summary

To enhance brand presence and drive engagement, the full-time remote Communications Manager will develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies, lead cross-functional project teams, and create user-friendly templates while mentoring colleagues on best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies addressing complex business challenges across various platforms
• Lead project teams for high-impact communication initiatives, managing timelines and budgets
• Create and maintain the account's SharePoint page as the primary communication platform

Required qualifications

• Degree in Design, Art, Marketing, Writing, Business Administration, Social Communications, or equivalent experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and expert-level skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Specialized expertise in communications strategy with proven project management experience
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across organizational levels
• Cultural sensitivity and effectiveness in global, remote environments with diverse teams
