Communications Manager

Job Summary

To enhance corporate communications, the hybrid Communications Manager will execute strategies for external and media relations, develop executive messaging, and support congress and events programs while collaborating with U.S. Communications leadership and a corporate communications agency.

Key responsibilities

• Execute proactive earned media and corporate reputation initiatives in partnership with the corporate communications agency
• Develop press materials and executive visibility plans, ensuring consistency in external-facing content
• Lead content development for U.S. Town Halls, including presentations and speaker preparation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in corporate, external, internal, or executive communications
• Demonstrated experience in developing executive and corporate content with limited oversight
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development skills
• Highly organized with project-management skills to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines
