Communications Manager, WA Licensed

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven culture, the full-time salaried Communications Manager, WA Licensed, will manage internal and external communications and marketing efforts to enhance awareness of SEWA's initiatives, requiring residency in Washington State and the ability to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistent messaging and brand awareness across all communication channels in collaboration with the Director of Development & Communication
• Manage SEWA's social media presence and email marketing campaigns, including content creation and community engagement
• Develop and produce digital and print materials for fundraising communications and campaigns, overseeing project timelines and brand asset management

Required qualifications

• BA/BS required, preferably in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent experience
• Five years of experience in digital execution, including content marketing campaigns
• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in digital content and blog creation
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
