Job Summary

Driving internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, the full-time Communications and Engagement Specialist will manage digital platforms, create compelling content, and execute events to enhance workplace culture, working in a hybrid arrangement between remote and on-site in New Hudson, Michigan.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage internal communication platforms, crafting engaging content that aligns with company goals
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events to strengthen workplace culture
• Design visuals and produce multimedia content to enhance employer branding and communication efforts

Required qualifications

• A passion for storytelling, branding, and engagement
• A creative mindset with a strong eye for design and digital content
• Experience with SharePoint, email marketing tools, and social media
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
