Communications Specialist

Job Summary

To elevate the mission and brand of the organization, the full-time Communications Specialist will develop and execute internal and external communications while managing stakeholder interactions and supporting broader Marketing & Communications initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications that reflect the organization's mission, values, and culture
• Collaborate with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to create audience-focused communications across various platforms
• Establish communication processes, templates, and guidelines to support effective communication planning and distribution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant communications experience
• Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies
• Experience in translating complex information into clear communications for diverse audiences
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
