Job Summary
Supporting a federal mission focused on healthcare, the full-time Communications Specialist will develop outreach plans, create various communication materials, and assist with stakeholder engagement, all in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop communications and outreach plans, including newsletters and presentations
- Create and support social media content and publication requirements
- Assist in developing training materials and visual components for meetings
Required qualifications
- Junior- to mid-level experience in communications, public affairs, or related fields
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Experience with preparing presentations and other communication products
- Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
