Communications Specialist
Job Summary
To support corporate communications, the full-time Communications Specialist will manage operational implementation, provide coaching to leadership, and develop communication strategies while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with and coach strategic leadership team members on communication initiatives
- Directly support senior leadership on strategic issues and respond to unexpected communication needs
- Define work plans for communications, campaigns, and events, estimating necessary time, budget, and resources
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Experience coaching and advising senior leaders on communications
- Proven ability to develop and manage internal communication plans and strategies
- Extensive knowledge of communication tools and change management principles
