Job Summary
Driving the analytics agenda for Community Marketing, the full-time Community Analytics Manager will shape strategy, measurement, and optimization for growth initiatives while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for Community Marketing and Client Development, defining the analytics roadmap and measurement priorities
- Lead analyses across various referral and growth programs, diagnosing performance trends and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Own the development and maintenance of Community Power BI dashboards and reporting tools, enhancing visibility into performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities, with experience in Power BI or similar tools
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnels, lead generation, and performance optimization
- Experience working with CRM data and reporting environments, preferably Salesforce
