Community Development Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic community development goals, the full-time salaried Community Development Manager will engage with stakeholders, develop community-focused initiatives, and drive measurable social impact while working remotely from Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with key opinion formers and community groups to align initiatives with community needs and business objectives
• Develop strategies for community affairs coverage in emerging markets, creating actionable development plans based on research data
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to support community development initiatives and communication efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in program or project management
• 5 years of experience developing and launching public-private partnerships
• 5 years of experience in data centers, utilities, government, advanced manufacturing, or capital-intensive industries
• Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
