Job Summary
To support regional advancement objectives, the full-time Community Development Manager will engage with community groups and stakeholders, develop strategies for local initiatives, and implement community development plans while working remotely from West Virginia.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with community leaders and organizations to align initiatives with local needs and business objectives
- Develop strategies for scaling community affairs in emerging markets based on actionable research insights
- Create communication tools to educate communities about data center impacts and develop sustainable investment plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program or project management
- 5 years of experience in data centers, utilities, government, advanced manufacturing, or capital-intensive industries
- 5 years of experience developing and launching public-private partnerships
