Community Development Manager

Job Summary

To support regional expansion goals, the full-time Community Development Manager will engage with community stakeholders, develop localized investment plans, and manage partnerships while working remotely from Alabama.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with key opinion formers and community groups to align initiatives with community needs and business objectives
• Develop strategies for scaling community affairs coverage in emerging markets through actionable insights and location-specific development plans
• Create communication tools to educate local communities about data center impacts and implement community development initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in program or project management
• 5 years of experience in data centers, utilities, government, advanced manufacturing, or capital-intensive industries
• 5 years of experience developing and launching public-private partnerships
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects (preferred)
