Community Development Manager

Job Summary

To advance regional expansion goals, the full-time Community Development Manager will engage with community stakeholders, develop scalable community affairs strategies, and implement localized initiatives while working remotely from Alabama.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with municipal leaders, community groups, and industry partners to align initiatives with community needs and business objectives
• Develop strategies for community affairs coverage in emerging markets, focusing on actionable insights for local development plans
• Create communication tools to educate local communities about data center impacts and develop sustainable investment plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in program or project management
• 5 years of experience in data centers, utilities, government, advanced manufacturing, or capital-intensive industries
• 5 years of experience in developing public-private partnerships
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects
