Community Development Manager
Job Summary
To support community advancement objectives, the full-time Community Development Manager will engage with local stakeholders, develop strategies for community initiatives, and implement localized development plans, all while working remotely from West Virginia.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with community leaders, industry partners, and organizations to align initiatives with community needs and business objectives
- Develop strategies for scaling community affairs coverage in emerging markets based on actionable research insights
- Create communication tools to educate local communities about data center impacts and develop self-sustaining investment plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program or project management
- 5 years of experience in data centers, utilities, government, advanced manufacturing, or capital-intensive industries
- 5 years of experience in developing and launching public-private partnerships
- Preferred: MBA or Master's degree in a related field
