Community Development Manager
Job Summary
To support community engagement initiatives, the full-time Community Development Manager will manage partnerships, develop community-focused strategies, and coordinate with stakeholders remotely from New Mexico.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with community leaders and organizations to align initiatives with local needs and business objectives
- Develop strategies for sub-regional community affairs, creating actionable development plans based on research data
- Build relationships with internal teams to localize and implement community development initiatives effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program or project management
- 5 years of experience in data centers, utilities, government, advanced manufacturing, or capital-intensive industries
- 5 years of experience developing public-private partnerships
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
