Job Summary
To support strategic community development goals, the full-time Community Development Manager will engage with stakeholders, develop community-focused strategies, and drive measurable social impact while working remotely from Minnesota.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with community groups and stakeholders to align initiatives with community needs and business objectives
- Develop scalable community affairs strategies in emerging markets based on research data and actionable insights
- Design communication tools to educate local communities about data centers and implement sustainable community development initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program or project management
- 5 years of experience in data centers, utilities, government, advanced manufacturing, or capital-intensive industries
- 5 years of experience developing and launching public-private partnerships
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects (preferred)
