Community Engagement Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing community of developers and researchers, the full-time Community Engagement Lead will establish strategies, build community spaces, and organize events remotely, fostering connections and collaboration around AI innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement strategies to support developers and researchers in gaining control over their AI
• Build and maintain community spaces, such as Discord servers and forums, while capturing feedback for actionable insights
• Organize and lead events, including meetups and hackathons, to introduce new developer audiences to the organization

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a community lead role with a focus on engaging technical users
• Proven ability to build scalable processes and drive cross-functional initiatives to completion
• Experience in organizing developer events from small meetups to large-scale hackathons
• Strong written communication skills and experience engaging with communities on platforms like Discord and X
• Genuine empathy for developers and a curiosity about their projects and innovations
