Job Summary
To support the research community, the full-time remote Community Engagement Manager will educate users on Velsera platforms through content creation, training sessions, and strategic outreach, while also engaging with researchers to enhance platform utilization.
Key responsibilities
- Create educational content and lead training sessions for researchers on Velsera platforms
- Engage with users to understand their research needs and incorporate their feedback into product development
- Develop strategies to grow the user base and present Velsera's value at conferences and workshops
Required qualifications
- PhD or MS in genomics, bioinformatics, molecular biology, engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience conducting genomics experiments or analyzing omics data
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Enthusiasm for teaching and engaging with the research community
- Experience running workshops or user engagement events is preferred
