Community Lead

Job Summary

To build and grow a vibrant community, the full-time remote Community Lead will actively engage in various trading platforms, manage community interactions, and collaborate with product teams to enhance user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in trading discussions across platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Reddit to maintain an active presence
• Develop and execute community engagement initiatives, including AMAs and live trading sessions
• Communicate product feedback and updates effectively between the community and product management teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing communities or social media for technical products, particularly in crypto, fintech, gaming, or developer tools
• Strong trading knowledge and experience, with the ability to discuss trading concepts fluently
• Proven ability to create compelling written content, both short-form and long-form
• Experience in building community initiatives from the ground up, rather than merely maintaining existing accounts
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal oversight
