Community Manager

Job Summary

To build and engage passionate gaming communities across North America, the remote contract Community Manager will develop community strategies, manage content schedules, and act as a liaison with external partners for the WARDOGS title.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage community strategy for key Team17 products
• Collect and present community feedback to internal production teams and external developers to enhance engagement and retention
• Organize and host livestreams while managing day-to-day social media and forum interactions

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding and experience with Team17 games and their audiences
• Previous experience as a Community Manager with a focus on campaign strategy development
• Experience in livestream production and presentation
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience building and managing communities on Discord
